EasySand
EasySand is based on our patented solution, which makes it possible to replace only the abrasive and keep the brush. EasySand is build around three parts - the brush, the abrasive and the clamp.
Brushes
The brushes are supplied in the heights of 35mm and 45mm in a double row. A single row is available in 40mm and 50mm.
The doublerow-brush is more stiff and therefore it is used in those situations where an aggressive sanding is needed.
Where are the different brushes used?
35 mm-40 mm is used where the space is limited and is also specially developed for items were sanding with high pressure is needed, i.e. sanding on UV-lacquer. The brushes have furthermore shown its suitability on fiber glass and metal.
45 mm-50 mm is a universal brush. It can be used with advantage on flat items, which need a light sanding. It is also suitable for items, which need sanding to reach into profiles.
Clamp profile
The clamp profile is used to assemble the brush and the abrasive.
Abrasives
EasySand offers big savings due to the ability to change only the abrasive and keep the brush.
As standard, EasySand is available for the wood, fiber glass and metal industry. The abrasive is available in standard length of 1666 mm glued on a plastic socket, which makes it very easy to mount the sanding material onto the brush.
The abrasive is available in grit sizes from grain 80 to grain 400. Further it is available in three different cuts; 4 mm, 7 mm and 20 mm.
Where are the different cuts used?
4 mm is suitable for sanding on rounded items and smaller profiles in flat objects.
7 mm is suitable for sanding on rounded items and bigger profiles in flat objects.
20mm is used for “breaking” of edges on rounded items. It is also ideal on flat items with bigger profiles.
It is possible to combine the different cuts in the sanding cores.
